Jordan Asia Pacific Kick starts Green Clean Campaign To Raise Awareness on 3R

My dentists recommend replacing toothbrushes every three months, unfortunately, this adds up to millions of pounds of non-recyclable plastic going straight into landfills each year but it's good to be environmentally conscious and support companies that prioritize compostability, recycling, and innovative materials.

Jordan launched their Green Clean campaign recently to raise the awareness on the 3R concept: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. The Green Clean campaign is expected to run from April to December 2019 in different phases. In line with the campaign, Jordan introduced its Green Clean Toothbrush that won Best Recycled Plastic Product Award 2019, the toothbrush combines functionality with design and sustainable materials.

The event was attended by the Ambassador of Norway to Malaysia, Her Excellency Ms. Gunn Jorid Roset, and officiated by the Director General of the Department of Environment (DOE), Malaysia, Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Dr. Ahmad Kamarulnajuib bin Che Ibrahim along with the attendance of environmental non-governmental organizations - Biji-Biji as a show of support for Jordan’s Green Clean initiative.

The company also shared a ‘sneak preview’ of what is to come in the next phase, they will be rolling out an old toothbrush collection drive so don't forget to do your part when the campaign starts because small changes can add up to a big difference over the long-term.

Green Clean Toothbrush is designed with both you and the environment in mind, the handles are made of post-consumer, food-grade recycled plastic, bio-based bristles originating from castor oil plants and the packaging box is made of recycled paper fibers from paper-based product. Instead of using non-recycled, non-recyclable, non-biodegradable plastic toothbrush that will linger a thousand years on Earth replace your old toothbrush with Jordan Green Clean Toothbrushes it is available in at selected pharmacies & supermarket in major cities around Malaysia at an introductory price of RM7.90
