Come and celebrate your Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner on 24 December 2017, Christmas Hi-Tea Brunch on 25 December 2016 & New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner on 31 December 2017 at Big Apple Restaurant. There will be a special appearance from Pocotee & Friends on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day buffet so lets create a memorable Christmas!

Savor more than 200 irresistible spread with their festive favorites such as the Fresh X'mas Seafood Platter, Whole turkey with Cranberry Jelly, Giblet Sauce and Potato Stuffing, Glazed Root Vegetables and not to be missed dessert selection of alluring festive cake and dessert offerings. Plus there will be lucky prizes to be won such as fashionable bracelets of finest artwork sponsored by 97’s, beautifully crafted madeleine dessert tower by L'ange Petit Patisserie, hotel stay vouchers and hotel dining vouchers.

X'mas Seafood on ice including Green lip mussels, Poach prawns, Salmon Sashimi, Parrot Fish Slices, Tuna Slices, Half Shell Fresh Oyster, Scallop and Bamboo Clam.




Appetizers including,  Traditional chicken liver pate, Whole Roast Turkey Display Platter, Shredded chicken with pineapple and curry dressing, Walldoff Salad of Apples and celery with chopped Walnut, Turkey Ham Roll Platter- Cold Cuts, Cold German Potato salad and many more.


Slow Roast NZ Sirloin of beef Onion quiche, potatoes and vegetable garnish Black peppercorn jus and béarnaise.


Roasted Whole Turkey with Stuffing with Glazed Root Vegetables - carrot, radish, and candied sweet potato paired with giblet sauce and cranberry jelly. I love how the skin is crisp and flavorful and the meat is tender, moist and delicious! 


These mini bite size Vol Au Vin makes the perfect party food, especially with the delicious selection of filling like Mushroom Ragout, Chicken Satay, and Seafood Termidor! Yummms!






Hot food such as Classic Lasagna Au Forno- Chicken, Poach Barramundi Fish Fillet in Lemon Cream Veloute, Stir-fried prawns with celery, Honey Mustard Roast Chicken Drumstick Au Jus, BBQ Green Shell New Zealand Mussels with sautee Brunoise vegetables.


The hotel’s executive chef Ian Lim said for this special season; the hotel is all ready for a full spread of traditional Christmas delicacies which showcasing the real spirit of Christmas. He believes that this is the time of the year when guests can truly enjoy authentic Christmas cuisine which will enhance the mood of Christmas.

The dessert counter is particularly appealing, especially attractive as this is the first thing I saw upon walking into the restaurant, you will be surrounded by mouth-watering desserts such as Traditional X'mas Pudding with Vanilla sauce, Dark chocolate Yule Log, Pannetone, Stollen, Minced Pie.

The New Year 2017 countdown will be happening on 31 December 2016 at Broadway Lounge from 11.00pm till 2.00am and enjoy an unobstructed view of the famous Twin Towers, spending countdown party at the Poolside Gazebo from 9.00pm onwards for an annual Fireworks Extravaganza which will be lighting up the sky. Both priced at RM50 nett per adult and RM25 nett per child (12-15 years old); inclusive a glass of beer, house wine or house cocktail.

Christmas Goodies are also for sale and pre-bookings available in the Life Size Gingerbread House situated at the hotel lobby; such as various selections of Takeaway French Turkey, Christmas Chocolate House, Red Velvet Chestnut Yule Log Cake, Christmas Fruit with Icing Sugar and many other selections; starting from RM16 nett – RM388 nett.
