Any Pandan lovers out there? Hands up

As a Malaysian, I grew up with this unique flavour - Pandan. It is mainly used for cooking for infusing aroma and colour into desserts and cakes, describing the smell of Pandan is quite difficult, it has a floral, sweet, herby and grassy aroma all at once.

I remember my grandma used it a lot in her cooking, especially when she made her signature curry chicken and tong sui and I remember mum making Kaya out of pandan which is hard work because extracting Pandan leaves quite a process, you'll need to cut it, blend it then strain it, sounds like quite a bit of work. Right?

Which is why I'm so fond of this natural extract I've found this Pandan Leaf Extract, it's 100% pure, natural and concentrated, it uses the latest green biotechnology namely ultrasonic and enzymatic extraction.
