Fullhouse Signature recently launched some new items on their menu and I've got a chance to sample their new additions in store. Fullhouse Signature is located inside Sunway Pyramid shopping mall on level LG. The cafe serves a list of western food as well as some oriental dishes besides the food they also offer an extensive list of beverages. The lifestyle store and cafe is divided into 3 section, there is the courtyard lookalike area as you enter, the dining area as well as a private seating area.

This themed cafe is perfect for those who love taking dreamy pictures, this cafe will surely be your paradise. With the cutest ambiance and decoration, Fullhouse Signature is also a great venue for parties, events, and weddings.

Anyway without further ado, let's take a look at their new items.


Cheese Baked Lobster
Baked lobster with cheese might sound like a simple method of cooking. Do not let the simplicity of this dish fool you, it is extremely delicious, the lobster meat was tender, soft and rich in flavors, I enjoyed every single bite of this. The lobster comes with sides of fries and salad.


Grilled Lobster with lemon aioli and mix salad
Grilled lobster with sides of fries and salad, this is another dish I love, the smokiness of the grill balances the richness of the meat while intensifying its flavors. Fullhouse is running a promo with this dish, all you got to do is order any ala carte main course to enjoy this grilled lobster for only RM69.90! What a deal right?


Fullhouse Ultimate Burger
If you love burgers this is highly recommended, the patty was very fresh and juicy, with every bite there'll be juice spilling out at the side, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Served with crispy fries and a side dish of vegetables.


Sizzling Spring Chicken
Drizzled with black pepper sauce on the chicken upon serving. The spring chicken was cooked nicely and juicy, I enjoyed how the skin was crispy and not overcooked. It was served with vegetables on the sides and a piece of ham.



Baked Cheese Pasta
A hearty pasta dish, this dish was just so rich and creamy not to mention the generous portion too. A must try if you love cheese, this pasta dish will not disappoint you, it is filled with amazing flavors.


Fullhouse Special Fried Rice
The Fullhouse special fried rice is served with a sunny side up, golden and crispy fried boxing chicken and sides of vegetables.


Oriental Set
The Oriental Set is perfect group of 3-4 pax. Each set comes with 3 meat dishes to choose from with complimentary vegetables of the day and 3 bowls of rice. Here are the dishes I really loved - marmite boxing chicken, yin yong fish, Thai style tofu and kam heong chicken.



High Tea Set

During my first pregnancy, I never really had problems like morning sickness but with baby no 2, it is been such a different experience. Miya is becoming a sister soon, she's turning 3 in June but it seems like there is no sign of her terrible two going away, and recently it has worsened. Sometimes it makes me wonder if I am doing it correctly as a mum. She is really testing my patience, it is not easy to deal with a child that throws a tantrum over nothing.

Anyway here are some highlights of her terrible two, so mummies who would like a little peek at what it will be like and hopefully some experience mummies who can advise me how to tame this little girl.


I have no idea what stuck my little girl, she's been quite independent all this while, and putting on a pair of pants has never been a big problem for me but now whenever she gets her hand on a pair of pants, she'll be shouting, crying, tossing for no reason at all. It will take me at least 15-20 minutes to calm her down, my neighbors must be thinking I've been abusing her but that's not it! She's just putting up a show and when her dad is around it's even worse. The only way to stop this is to let her calm down and then talk some sense into her, I try my best, it is not easy but eventually, she just hugs me and let me put on the pair of pants for her. Anyway, this is only one of her tantrums.

When your baby gets to around 6 months you can’t help but get this feeling of ‘I can’t wait till you can talk’. Yup mummy, you just got what you wish for! Miya is pretty good at talking and recently her favorite word is NO which drives me nuts. Alongside that, you also get the repetitive questions of why and she literally calls me just so I answer and she just gives you a smirk and within the next minute and she repeats.

Bocosan Izakayan is a modern Japanese Restaurant, I like how they kept the interior very simple, neat and clean. They have three dining areas here in Bocosan Izakaya, the main indoor dining area, a VIP Room and the bar seating with beautiful orchids in the center. The ambiance was just really zen and everyone was enjoying their dinner so I just skipped taking pictures of the interior.


Agedashi Tofu RM18
My favorite dish to start off with whenever I dine at a Japanese restaurant. A delicate dish - fried tofu topped with garnishes sitting in hot dashi sauce, its crispy on the outside, meltingly soft on the inside. Bocosan's portion was pretty big actually compared to what I usually get out of it.
Sorry to say, but this was the disappointment of the night. When it was served we were quite excited because it was really fragrant unfortunately the broth was too salty which was a waste because the chicken was really delicious. Hopefully they will improve on this.


Bocosan Wagyu Don RM95
This dish is so mouthwatering, I can't wait to revisit and have it again. The don comes with pieces of sliced Wagyu, runny eggs alongside with condiments like fried garlic and mushrooms. The Wagyu was tender and juicy, I asked for a medium which was the best temperature because I wouldn't want to waste a beautiful protein like this.


Bocosan Izakaya is built with effort on the design, the service was on point, the staffs were really friendly and accommodating, we also appreciate how they took our feedback seriously because sometimes restaurants just brush them off and I hate that. Good job guys! Overall everything was enjoyable, I can't wait to visit them again, I've been eyeing on their sashimi can't wait to try them once this pregnancy is over.
