Healthy Breakfast from Morning Shop To Start Your Day

Do you agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Well, I do and this is why! Researchers say people who skip breakfast raise their risk for a variety of health issues but just taking a few minutes of your day to have something to eat can make a difference.

Breakfast kicks start the body, improving our metabolism, this is really important for those who are on a diet, skipping breakfast is a big no-no! Besides that, it provides us with energy to get us going throughout the day. I have not skipped breakfast for a very long time, to achieve this is pretty simple, just plan ahead of time what you would like to have the next morning.

For busy weekdays, I always go for easy and convenient food like cereal and muesli and if I'm on the go I'll just grab an energy bar or oat biscuits to start off my day while weekends I will usually whip up something that will take more time like scrambled eggs with toast and if I'm up for it I'll treat myself to a homemade big breakfast :)
