I tried Keto diet for 10 days with the help of Pruvit — Here’s What Happened

Hi loves, this was a long-awaited post but I made sure it really worked before sharing it out with you girls. I've tried a few of them my favorite will be KETO//OS® Max – Raspberry Lemonade and KETO//KREME® [FFT], the KETO//OS® Max – Swiss Cacao tasted really weird, it's really diluted chocolate but if you like the taste of chocolate I guess it's not too bad. I was able to notice the difference in day one, the first was the bost of my energy levels and I felt more energetic, it also helps reduce my appetite and I had minimal keto flu for the first 3 days and by the end of 10 days, I lost 1kg and 4% fat loss.

Let me share my meal plan with you since I was already maintaining a low carb lifestyle but ever since I delivered my second child my weight was just stagnant and I wasn't able to shed off those extra fats like my love handles and get back in shape so I was really excited to make this work.

Breakfast 12pm
Start with my first cup of Pruvit OS, after 30 minutes I'm ready for breakfast, my usual meal will be an omelette with veggies and somedays I'll make an avacado smoothie to bring along with me to work.

Lunch 3pm
Lunch is the hardest because my work requires me to travel around so I tend to lean towards a low carb meal like clayoit rice, chicken rice or anything that has more vegetables or protein.


Dinner 7pm
As for dinner, I try my best to eat home because that way I'll be able to cook the right portion for myself, it'll usually be roasted vegetables and a piece of protein.

p/s Please make sure to drink enough water daily, I take at least 2 litters a day. 

I also combined my keto diet with a 16/8 intermittent fasting method which involves eating during an eight-hour timeframe before fasting for 16 and it has helped reduce my blood sugar levels, I will get into the benefits of it my IF in another blog post.


Overall I am really pleased with the results and I lost 1kg in just 10 days and started noticing my clothes have losen up only to find out I've lost fats on the areas I've struggled with like my tummy and I don’t feel hungry all the time, my cravings have stopped, and it feels like I’m much healthier than I was when I first started out.
