Milk Powder Review | Karihome Goat Milk Growing-Up Formula

by - November 18, 2017

Have you ever tried goat's milk? They are slightly stronger in flavor but it comes with a lot of nutritional benefits. I myself have been consuming goat's milk since I was pregnant with Miya because of the wholesomeness of goat's milk.

I manage to breastfeed Miya until she was one year old before I dried off completely then another challenge came, choosing the right baby formula for her. I have tried many brands, some she would not accept, some caused constipation, it was quite a quest to find the right milk that suits her.

Thank you Karihome for sending us a sample of your milk powder to test out, surprisingly Miya accepted it the first time, she is quite picky with her milk and it was not easy changing her milk powder.

Goats milk is a good source of protein which is an essential part of growth and development. It contains less sugar (lactose), 13% more calcium, 25% more vitamin B6, 47% more vitamin A, and 134% more potassium than regular cow's milk. Goat's milk has the ability to optimize digestion, improve the bioavailability of nutrients, strengthen bones, boost heart health, strengthen immunity, increase metabolism, prevent toxins from accumulating in the body, and benefit the overall health.

It’s easier to digest
Goat milk forms softer curds which can e digested more readily than dense cow milk curd. Goat milk can be digested about a third of time faster than cow milk.

Overall

This product is really worth trying. I'm actually really surprised with the switch, the taste was plesent enough for Miya to accept it, we are finishing our first can soon and I notice it regulated her bowel movements because she had a really bad constipation problem before this and it really hurts seeing her cry whenever she needs to poo poo.
