We're constantly told breakfast is important for maintaining concentration throughout the day and keeping a healthy lifestyle but in reality, many of us skip it, I can be guilty of doing this myself because there are days "I don't have time for it"

Our bodies need the energy to keep moving at that pace. If you often work through lunch and go hours without even breaking for a snack, you may have difficulty concentrating and getting results from the work you’re putting in.

To keep it short and simple, choose a healthy breakfast high in fiber, low in saturated fat and packed with vitamins and minerals.

Last week, Herbalceutical (M) Sdn Bhd launched a new wholesome soy drink range - NH Soy Series to provide the best for you and your family including the elderly and kids.

During the event, I had a chance to sample it for myself and I think this will make the perfect breakfast. NH soy series is made from all-natural ingredients, without artificial flavoring, coloring, and preservative, it is also high in protein, nutritious and most importantly tasty.

NH Soy Series comes in two types - NH Soy Seeds or NH Soy Purple, the soybeans used in these products are Ecocert organic certified peeled soybeans, soybeans are one of the best resources of protein, it is high in dietary fiber and low in saturated fat, for vegetarian users or those with lactose intolerant this is a great choice for you.

NH Soy Seeds is a combination of soybeans, organic Chia Seeds and Basil Seeds, these ingredients help rocket up the nutritional value of omega-3 fatty acids and dietary fiber and minerals while giving great drinking pleasure with its crunchy texture, instead of a boba tea why not try this out to suppress that craving?

NH Soy Purple is made of soybeans and purple sweet potato, this is a match made in nutrition heaven. Sweet potatoes are a good source of vitamins and minerals such as Vit C, Vit B, manganese and iron and it is also rich antioxidant levels. The lovely purple color you get from this drink is natural and it's delicious as well, this is my favorite amongst the two.

Preparing this drink is easy, add 3 scoops of the NH Series of your choice into a cup or shaker and add in warm or cold water and it's done. If you're adventurous, you could also try out different methods such as adding it into your yogurt, add in fruits to make a shake or simply enjoy it as it is.

NH Soy series is available at any Watson stores nationwide or Watsons Online and Mobile App for RM63.80 (800gm) hurry up and download it from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and enjoy free delivery with a minimum spend of RM100 while stock last.

In a small saucepan, combine dried lavender & camomile tea. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer and allow to cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add honey and pour into your mug and enjoy.
