VUO programme that helps women health disorders such as fertility, menstrual disorders, and even menopause. As for pregnant woman like myself, we can be assisted by acupuncture, cupping or traditional chinese medicine.

Through the different stages of pregnancy, the body may experience numerous signs and symptoms including nausea, vomiting, lack of energy, lower back pain, insomnia and many more. Visiting a TCM practitioner can help relieve your problems and ease your journey.

Upon arrival at JUST TCM, TCM Physician, Miss June will collect and analyze the clinical information given in order to come out with an accurate diagnosis. After that, a personalized treatment plan will be developed based on the individual body to treat the root cause of the disorders. Miss June suggested me for a session of acupuncture and cupping due to help relieve my headaches, body aches, and insomnia.

I was then assisted into the treatment room for my acupuncture and cupping session. I was a little bit nervous at first, thinking about needles being poked into my skin and hot warm cupping. Anway I had an enjoyable 45 minutes, no pain was felt during my 45 minutes session, I even took a short nap and rested during my acupuncture session. Acupuncture is the insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body. It is believed to help relieve pain and heal health problems by restoring the normal flow of energy through the body.

After my first acupuncture treatment, my headaches slowly lessened over about a week. Miss June did a very good job of removing tension in areas, reducing my headaches, my body felt lighter and I could sleep better at night without the tensions on my shoulders.

  6. I always admire people who do acupuncture - just because I am afraid that the needles will stuck forever (too much watching horror movie). I know that it is good for health but still can't get over the nervousness. Haha
