We're constantly told breakfast is important for maintaining concentration throughout the day and keeping a healthy lifestyle but in reality, many of us skip it, I can be guilty of doing this myself because there are days "I don't have time for it"

Our bodies need the energy to keep moving at that pace. If you often work through lunch and go hours without even breaking for a snack, you may have difficulty concentrating and getting results from the work you’re putting in.

To keep it short and simple, choose a healthy breakfast high in fiber, low in saturated fat and packed with vitamins and minerals.

Last week, Herbalceutical (M) Sdn Bhd launched a new wholesome soy drink range - NH Soy Series to provide the best for you and your family including the elderly and kids.

During the event, I had a chance to sample it for myself and I think this will make the perfect breakfast. NH soy series is made from all-natural ingredients, without artificial flavoring, coloring, and preservative, it is also high in protein, nutritious and most importantly tasty.

NH Soy Series comes in two types - NH Soy Seeds or NH Soy Purple, the soybeans used in these products are Ecocert organic certified peeled soybeans, soybeans are one of the best resources of protein, it is high in dietary fiber and low in saturated fat, for vegetarian users or those with lactose intolerant this is a great choice for you.

NH Soy Seeds is a combination of soybeans, organic Chia Seeds and Basil Seeds, these ingredients help rocket up the nutritional value of omega-3 fatty acids and dietary fiber and minerals while giving great drinking pleasure with its crunchy texture, instead of a boba tea why not try this out to suppress that craving?

NH Soy Purple is made of soybeans and purple sweet potato, this is a match made in nutrition heaven. Sweet potatoes are a good source of vitamins and minerals such as Vit C, Vit B, manganese and iron and it is also rich antioxidant levels. The lovely purple color you get from this drink is natural and it's delicious as well, this is my favorite amongst the two.

Preparing this drink is easy, add 3 scoops of the NH Series of your choice into a cup or shaker and add in warm or cold water and it's done. If you're adventurous, you could also try out different methods such as adding it into your yogurt, add in fruits to make a shake or simply enjoy it as it is.

NH Soy series is available at any Watson stores nationwide or Watsons Online and Mobile App for RM63.80 (800gm) hurry up and download it from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and enjoy free delivery with a minimum spend of RM100 while stock last.

For more details contact NH Careline at 1300-88-2993, available from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, or visit their website at www.nhsoyseries.com or join them on FB https://www.facebook.com/nhsoyseries/

Asian hair is different from Caucasian hair, for example, my hair is thin, dry and more prone to frizz, which makes it easily end up as a tangled mess. Not to mention, the hot and humid weather makes my scalp super oily as well, which is why I have dull and flat hair most days but with the correct hair product and care, it can change my bad hair day to a good hair day.
I'm so excited that Moist Diane's new shampoo range that sold 1 million bottles in just 10 Days is now available in Malaysia! The new Perfect Beauty series by Moist Diane consists of six shampoos and six treatment products that target different hair types and concerns of Asian women.

• Extra Damage Repair – Amino Keratin provides deep intensive repair to gaps and holes on the hair surface.

• Extra Moist and Shine – Platinum Keratin helps restore moisture and creates more surface area to reflect light and form a natural “angel ring” glow around the crown.

• Extra Fresh and Hydrate – Feather Keratin leaves hair hydrated, light and airy.

• Extra Volume and Scalp – Volumizing Keratin adds body to flat, limp hair and soothes sensitive scalp.

• Extra Smooth and Straight – Cuticle Keratin infuses moisture back into dry and coarse hair, tames frizzy hair and smoothes damaged hair cuticles.

• Extra Vital – Vitalizing Keratin nourishes the scalp and restores hair strength and vitality

Moist Diane, Japan’s leading silicone-free haircare brand, has combined the wonders of nature and the powers of science to launch its new Perfect Beauty series, a renewal of their signature Argan Oil series.

Other than being silicone-free, the newly formulated series is color-safe and sulfate-free (except Extra Fresh variant). In addition, all the products are enriched with the goodness of ECOCERT certified Organic Moroccan Argan Oil and customized with Beauty Keratin in an elegant and pretty pump packaging designed with the brand’s trademark diamond-shaped pattern that resembles a luxurious fragrance bottle.

The Moist Diane Perfect Beauty range is also powered by three key scientific features:

#1 Nano Repair Matrix
This sensor technology helps to detect damaged hair and allows the nano-sized Organic Argan Oil and Beauty Keratin capsules to be absorbed into layers of the hair, and in turn repairs and nourishes the hair structure;

#2 Nano Repair EL
A unique ingredient that is activated by heat from the hairdryer. Once it detects the heat, the Nano Repair EL penetrates into the hair shaft to boost hair elasticity, radiance and resilience giving supple hair!

#3 Moist Diane Original Gentle Cleansing Complex
This cleansing system gently cleanses and rejuvenates the hair without any burden. In addition, it helps to remove impurities and dirt from the hair and at the same time, providing care for the hair with its rich lather.

Your hair can use some love and care so grab your bottle of Moist Diane, they are exclusively available at selected Watsons stores nationwide.
