My favorite Maternity & Nursing Bra from Mamaway

Do I need a nursing bra?

Let’s be honest I know many of us wouldn't want to use up too much especially when you're on a tight budget but having a good nursing bra is essential.

After undergoing two pregnancies here's what I've learned.

#1 Our breast changes during pregnancy, by 2nd trimester, our breast will likely have experienced increased sensitivity and tenderness, so a wired bra will be terribly uncomfortable and a nursing bra with more support will be a better choice.

#2 Traditional bras don’t have room for the diaphragm to grow during pregnancy, look for bras with soft cups and rows of hook, most traditional bras only have three, this allows your bra to have room for the diaphragm to expand during the months of pregnancy and the ability to tighten after the baby is born and the diaphragm settles.

#3 Bras without seams are a better choice, our breast is easily irritated and it gets itchy sometimes, try avoiding seams and stitching near the nipple area, it can easily cause irritation on our sensitive and tender breasts. Also, make sure the fabric is soft and natural so there will be less chance of irritation.

Mamaway Antibacterial Maternity & Nursing Seamless Bra uses Merylr Anti Bacteria Fibers - a soft and breathable material that contains Ag+ silver irons which helps with bacteria and odor resistant. This bra will give you the support you’ll need, and the better the bra needs to be to handle the extra weight.

It comes in 5 beautiful colors suitable for everyday wear, sizes vary from S to XXL which will suit up to a G cup.

Another bra that I highly recommend getting is the Mamaway Crossover Sleeping & Nursing Bra, this is perfect for the first few weeks of breastfeeding, this bra is also using the Merylr Anti Bacteria Fibersits that's super soft and stretchy to adjust with our breast that's filled with milk, it is great for sleeping in and can be worn during the day as a normal top too.
